I stayed here for a week and loved it. The woman at the front desk was a doll. My room was huge with lots of space, great tv with roku, the bed was very, very comfortable, the patio was nice for having coffee in the morning. I used the iron and the hairdryer and both worked great. The room had a small kitchen sink, fridge, and microwave. I could keep my leftovers and some snacks in there so that was helpful. I had a small desk to use for work and plenty of lamps around for lighting. There's a ceiling fan and the A/C so it's not too hot at night. Everything in the bathroom was very, very clean! Towels were sparkling white, the floors were mopped and the shower was in a great shape. NOLA small hotels like this are a gem. They are not the Ritz but they have that old New Orleans charm. I had a room on the 2nd floor and even without an elevator it wasn't hard to get my bags up there. They let me store my luggage after checkout so I could go about town before my flight. Overall, great stay and you'll love it if you're looking for a clean, simple space to call home while visiting the city.

So my wife and I are in New Orleans a lot now that our son goes to university here…this is our new favorite place. That feeling of New Orleans you want…without the crazy! Street car access right in front of the hotel! Clean up to date decor. Perfect little historic boarding house on St. Charles. Our room had a fantastic king bed, great pillows, and COLD A/C! There is a communal front balcony for all guests to see St. Charles Avenue. The pizza joint next door is authentic, with a friendly little bar, and really good pizza. No fuss, price is great! We WILL come back!

Great location at the edge of the Garden District. Street car at front door. 15 mins to Canal St & French Quarter. Approx 20 mins to zoo, passing through the mansions of the Garden District. Good selection of eating places nearby. Front desk staff member was very helpful. Room was good size, comfortable and overall, very clean. Always good supplies of coffee, tea and bathroom essentials to help yourself to. Check in process was straight forward.

I love The hotel and the location! Great restaurants within walking distance and a pizza restaurant right next door, the pizza was delicious! The staff responded quickly to any concerns and they work fast! I never verbally spoke to anyone. Everything was through text. However they got the job done! I have already recommended this place to five people.

Great location, gets the job done for people looking to stay near the Garden District and French Quarter. Clean room, a little basic but nothing to complain about. Woman who runs the place was super helpful and gave us suggestions for things to do, and let us store our bags there after checkout since our flight was in the evening.
